Galadriel Masterson came to NYC from small-town Vermont as a teenager and received her degree in Acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Her love for introducing a character's personality through their aesthetic in acting school was re-met when she began working as a production assistant for an international fashion show producer.
She traveled the globe, working for fashion icons such as Tom Ford at Gucci, Carine Roitfeld and for Houses like, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Todd Oldham and Ellen Tracy. It was in Italy where Galadriel learned at Gucci how to pin like an Italian tailor; this knowledge has been used on every editorial and advertising shoot for the last two decades. Galadriel left the production team and branched out on her own as a fashion stylist in a career that began with a rich editorial mark and that led to years of repeat commercial clients.
Galadriel is a stylist who LOVES her job and has a knack for inserting her terrific humor and an upbeat attitude on every set she is on. She is known for the organizational ease which she uses to run her team or a full shoot. Often, Galadriel is scouted to step into on-set Art Director and Fashion Director roles. She is a sought after stylist for corporate giants such as Land's End, Lane Bryant, Orvis, Macys, Delia*s, LL Bean, MTV, Material Girl, American Rag, Kmart, Sears, Timex, NIKE, Mercedes Benz, Lord & Taylor, Kohl’s, Bloomingdales and Target.
